This is my deal with ‘hoping’ Amarex pays us a bunch in damages. Disclosure, I hope they do.
But even if had Amarex done a perfect, bang up job as a CRO, who is to say that the FDA would have granted a BLA to us? How likely is it the FDA would or would not have granted? Hard to prove. Even the FDA doesn’t know, because they never got perfect, bang up data.
