Some don't know what an LOI means
It means no more than the paper it is printed on.
Think of a team favored to win by 30 points. But the game still has to be played doesn't it?
The LOI is only for the eye...the law is the final score.
The people spoke. The company gambled and lost. And shareholders lost more.
