And if you read the denial you would have read that every thing cited in that denial except for the midnight new law was/should have been reviewed in the FINAL REVIEW of the RI-DEM and was given "intent to approve".
What sucks is those that shout follow the science never seem to follow the science.
RI-DEM scientific opinion after 2 years of review was the project was perfectly safe for what it was and where it was going, hence the letter "intent to approve" after a FINAL Review.
