There is nothing wrong with shareholder tours of the facilities and, has been said, it is a good thing.....but....it should NOT be used as a substitute for the informing of ALL shareholders in this company...

Secrecy breeds suspicion....suspicion equals lower market value for the investors ...lower market value added to suspicion starts the downhill snowball rolling...and it IS definitely  rolling
