Not intended as a dig. I would think the rules might vary from state to state.
The arbitration I was involved had many delays in starting, from the other side. Then, they did everything they could to slow things down. “We have to consult with X interested party.” .
We don’t have any idea what’s going on with the Amarex arbitration. It’s pretty futile for people to try to guess at a timetable.
