I believe THIS arbitration would benefit ALL concerned...If it moved at Warpspeed...for Amarex/NSF to protract their efforts in any kind of defense...against a shoddy work ethic...would alienate them from a legal perspective...and continue to highlight their grievous wrongdoings...best to settle and move on to the next round...and try to hold on to some form of a reputation...at least what's left.
