I would once again caution everyone that arbitrations can take anywhere from days to weeks to months to YEARS. To keep counting the weeks is to get unnecessarily frustrated. We'll know when we know.
Arbitrators can have dozens of different arbitrations that they must rule on and it all takes time to review the material and opine, especially with something as complicated and monumental as this subject matter certainly is.
