This is a start-up company with new technology and it takes time.  Judging from others who have attempted this in the past they're much further ahead in 1/2 the time.  But it's never good enough for you.

If you have 1 processor and building another why was a COO needed?  It was a poor business decision in my books.  About $30,000 a month in wages/compensation for something that wasn't needed at the time of the hiring.
