What I do know, is that Bogolin and Rauber need to stick to counting beans and stay the hell out of the way so the Chief can get things accomplished.

That is EXACTLY what they seem to be doing.  Unfortunately, "the Chief" can't seem to get the technology to work the way it needs to for the business executives to do their business.

You can't have operations without the technology to back it up.
