What we have to believe is that Dr. Cyrus Arman knows all the ins and outs of the game that is being played, who's palms need money, all the corruption, all bureaucratic bullshit of the FDA, Big Pharma's game, i.e, everything this board has discussed ad nauseam for over two years and that we know how to end run all this shit. He certainly seems qualified and if he does we will not wait long for the partner/buyout.
