You may be right. Personally, I do not think any of the above need apply in order for your conclusions to be correct. An innocent, inert, incompetent, rule bound, bureaucratic FDA is all that is needed. Add to that an innocent, inert, uninspired or novice CYDY management and the odds against LL are multiplied geometrically. Add to that the indifference and or machinations of profit driven 3rd parties (traders and pharmas) and the odds against LL deteriorate still more.
As for me, I am inspired exclusively by LL, the drug. LIttle else.
