It appears the DTC is short 328M shares of BCIT !

Hmmm.... so much for the dingbat assumptions that all the NSS conspiracy talk is just utter nonsense, it seems quite apparent that naked shorting by DTCC's participants is real and in the case of BCIT they are all getting sued over it now. I guess we will see who wins, in the end .
