The FDA letters were bitch slappers, and along with Amarex and BP they did keep LL off the shelves for over 2 years.
So if the hold is off and we are back in the "game" without a partner WTF was the S-3? I think tomorrow will be a new beginning, IMHO. So I'm going with there is some sort of deal in the works.
