I think it is a positive development and shows the BOD sees something happening to be rewarded for.
A company like CYDY is not going to get top talent without offering some incentives to come on board. He is vested in the outcome of the company and aligned with the shareholders.
I have confidence in the new BOD and will until there is evidence to the contrary.
I have also been invested since before 2018 and have continued to add throughout that time including the present.
