You believing this kind of incentive moves the company forward is absurd. I am invested since 2018 and saw all the money, shares and options handed out to management wich ultimately ended in a disaster (clinical hold, no HIV BLA, AMAREX disaster, unfinished COVID trials, Pestell, shareholder revolt, you name it).
Yeah he could be our new CEO soon, so why not wait until he has proven his talent and then compensate him adequately?
It is not motivation what moves the company forward (I believe Nader had lots of motivation), it is talent and experience what was missing over the last couple of years (explicitly excluding Dr. Recknor, Dr. Lalezari, Dr. Sacha, etc).
btw. no, he gets partly compensated in options equivalent to an USD amount at a certain time (in Cyrus case 750.000USD). So he couldn' t care less about our current share price (where we are doing our financing btw.) until he can execute his options far in the future.
