Great LL8! Having the right attitude is everything when it gets "gamey" out there. Quite amusing that the large block trade executed to push it up 50% on over $7k traded but then thereafter the manipulators got to work walking it back down with .0018 trades worth a hundred dollars here, pathetic. Their game is so obvious. I "suspect" its not fooling anyone anymore, oh well, too bad, so sad. The jig is up. Perhaps they need to go elsewhere and play tug 'o war manipulation with traders who get confused with their juvenile games. What is funny is that such a paint-the-close end of the day tactic is perfectly legit and gives them a bit of their own medicine. If there was a sustained bid at the last price or higher minutes and seconds before the close on an every day basis, even for a tiny size block of shares, they would not be able to manipulate it down at the end of the day to make it close in the red, unless they were willing to part with a portion of their stake every day at prices they know are ridiculously cheap. At some point they cannot just keep pushing it lower and lower on thin volume because eventually we get to levels whereby most holders are seeing so much red unrealized loss on their positions that they refuse to sell so low and buyers come out to nibble because they see opportunity in the current price so the scenario is put into place such that the only way for those buyers to secure large blocks (as compared to the current average share lot intraday volume) is to bid them up until a seller finally agrees to that price for relinquishing so many shares at once and typically it means a higher pps than the current price which is already so low right now (compared to the 200 day MA). A good way to watch for this and spot this kind of bogus action (phony trends) is to use the TRIX, RSI and other stochastic along with the daily volume to analyze the pps moves over time. You can notice when the pps dips away from the moving averages are ridiculous, overdone and possibly phony when there is very little volume (compared to the O/S) used to draw the chart move. You will see gigantic price declines and steep stochastic drops but very little overall volume. This means sharp snap-backs like what we witnessed today can come at any time because the stock has such thin trading. All of the bashers only like to focus on daily percentage price moves, but that is exactly the metric to disregard (usually), they mean nothing. It just shows how little money can really move this stock. If a millionaire suddenly wanted to own 10% or 20% of the shares in the company and ramped in over a week time, the stock could probably explode and see thousands of percentage gains. Yep, its like that.
