I agree with this. The only red flag in this whole situation is if they refused to take stock as payroll. Then I’d be concerned. That’s not the case so overall the current situation is bullish IMO.
If my theory is correct, that they’re content with the pps stasis while getting their ducks in a row because it means they get more shares in the short terms, I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same, I just wish for all of our collective mental health they’d help it go higher.
If I was Cyrus and wanted the pps going up, I would have laid out my plan, reiterated the Sept data submission to the FDA, and taken that crippling banner off the website. For starters.
