I'm clearly no S-3 expert, based on this question:
Are the people / amounts shown in that table people that have signed up to sell the shares that are listed in that table - or they just have "the ability" to sell that number of shares if they choose?
If they are selling - then David Welch and Paulson are set up to unload a ton of shares. If that's the case, I'd love to know why?
But again, maybe I don't understand this S-3 schedule. any clarity would be appreciated.
