Bullshit.
The California Bar Exam is the toughest in the nation.
You flunk any portion of the exam, and you flunked the exam.

The last California Bar Exam held in February 2022, (usually worse results than July Exam) had the following results:
All Test Takers 34% passed (meaning 66% failed!).
1st Time Test Takers 53% passed (meaning 47% failed!).

The last July California Bar Exam held in July 2021, had the following results:
All Test Takers 53% passed (meaning 47% failed!).
1st Time Test Takers 71% passed (meaning 29% failed!).
