I would imagine that by now...the nailing has already begun...with what we have seen thus far...it's at least gross negligence...if not criminal intent. The backroom negotiation is in play... for unpaid invoices.
The rest will be predicated on how much they are willing to pay to protect themselves from any wrongdoing.
It's a give-and-take world we live on...SA will make sure that we are on the proper side of the equation. remember the old saying "In God we trust...every one else pays cash."
