I know it's not productive to look at the past, but i continue to be downright sickened and disgusted with what Amarex did to our process - they cost us, as shareholders a ton of precious time and money, not to mention delaying this drug getting out to those who need it. I just don't understand how a company that is in the CRO role can botch a process that badly? what really sucks is that it will probably take a long time to nail them - as they will drag this out in court.

Anyway, moving forward from that rant, we just need a win - for Cyrus to put some positive points on the board. If indeed we can have the hold lifted this Fall, that would go a long way and would be a nice win. Obviously, any positive momentum (with some kind of projected timeframe) for the BLA would be fantastic also. I sure would love to get clarity on these during the Sept 30 call.
