i voted yes for a couple of reasons:
first, we absolutely need the funds to continue to operate as a company.
second, i am giving Cyrus the benefit of the doubt here. i think / hope he is our best shot for professional management, and restoring the credibility that we badly need. honestly, not to be alarmist, but if he's not able to get it done, i will have grave concerns.
right now, we're in a generally risk off environment for all stocks, with credit tightening and everything speculative getting smoked. Meme stocks, crypto, and yes, the OTC. I think it explains a lot about the recent downtrend.
that said, if we can just post a couple of big progress points (lift the damn hold already), and make a positive splash on Sept 30th, we will see some recovery in the SP.
