Regarding the Amarex debacle...I am embroiled in two cases...one as an expert witness and the other as a witness in a liability lawsuit...Both are in the stall mode...with Zoom calls and scheduling and objections to motions...it's a nightmare in timelines for everyone involved. The first part of my deposition was over two months ago...and looks to be heading into late October...IF both parties want closure... it can move fairly quickly. Opposing forces inherently... don't play together very well.
