in not sure what your trying to accomplish or conjure up but as far as sec and otc is concerned he is compliant with their requirements. if there were an issue in the past im sure they would have caught it and futher to this docs legal team would have this covered..but keep digging if you will, and if you have that time to your discretion. still wont make a difference or change anything...
