I respectfully disagree about its not a Material Event with PPSI, it was part of the reason a lot as myself have bought shares here, I never made the Law SEC did and OTC follows the same law, it is to protect investors
You're entitled to your opinion and I'm not knocking it. Investors or new investors need to know what is happening, the time of investing in the MAN(Dalton) is over its time for him to come clean with what is going one with Univec Inc.
