I think the material event you're concerned about is immaterial...tbh..
I am not going to hire an attorney to take me down a rabbit hole and suck more money out of my pockets with supposed bureaucratic delays. They work hourly.
They don't make money with quick resolve. The longer things drag out the more they make. trying to put legal pressure under his ass is only going to be countered with his legal team. I don't know what your legal ammo is but I would suspect based on his financial position has all of us out numbered.

I'm gonna stick with my assessment of what is going on and would suggest each person walk to their own drum beat.

As I said before...it's not going to change anything.
