The Material Event I'm concerned about is PPSI, Its not correct for him to take it when he was paid fully for PPSI by Univec back in Jan 2002 its in the filings
I'm not trying to claim he is doing something crooked I just want to know what is going on and by Law he is bound to inform us which he isn't doing so period.
Like jrt03 has said for several months he isn't close to getting the company done or this is my opinion he has it done and not launching until all us little investors give up and sale so the buddies who have helped him can scoop them up and a bargain price
Get you a lawyer and have him look at all Doc has claimed posted on social media sent to other investors and he will tell you he is open to so many lawsuits so it has to be one of the above reasons
