The problem with that is people often think they're being rational when they're not. The current thinking at Cytodyn may be "If we say nothing then the SEC and FDA can't come down on us.". Right now there are precious few shares to sell so the share price isn't that relevant to the company. Once additional shares are approved, news may start trickling out.
