Riz...stop with the "I'd expect more out of you" stuff because it makes no sense here and is taking shots, which I didn't do.
I said the FDA is not under and NDA. Pure and simple. I NEVER said a word about CYDY no PRing something, but that too would make no sense. If you are asking shareholders to vote to increase the authorized shares and those shares MUST be sold to keep the company a "going concern", then you are going to want the SP to rise. Also, many an article has been written that potential suitors are most likely put off by the clinical holds by the FDA, so please, think outside the box and let me know what sense that would make for CYDY to just sit on that info.
