What I really don't understand is why the management did not spell out in a PR that re-stating earnings has no effect on the present debt except a $40+ million tax credit.

In other words, it's a positive development, or so I think.

So why didn't management tell the world that this is a non-issue or a positive one? I know they want to keep their heads inside the shell, but this cost us about 30% of our share price.
