People read the 8K! All the 8K stated is we are redoing PAST financial statements and correctly filing PAST financial statements. This has NOTHING to do with what's going on now and since the CURRENT ADMIN took over! The effect on the current company's prospects is ZERO. Come on, this is a total BS attempt to bring the share price down.
It's like the IRS saying, BTW, you made an accounting error on filing your taxes two years ago. Come on, who cares? Sure, it might be nice for the company to say we've been cleaning up the mess and now things are going along fine. Or just say nothing until there's a deal.
