Well, actually, this is a partnership made in Heaven. NorthCal had all these customers for high-end wood, a connection for harvesting underwater timber for this wood,HIMR had just gotten rights to the best underwater logging technology, the Tigerlynk, but nowhere to use it. So we solved a problem for NorthCal and they solved a problem for us. Now if they can just all get along and make something big happen, we'll all make money.
