FanMail, the key point in a civil case involving Joe and Generex, mismanagement, etc., is that the disposition would give you all the company records, stock sales, financials, etc. to examine. This would prove or disprove if Joe had/has any criminal liabilities. As for Joe pleading the 5th, I’ll give you 50/50 odds on that. And as for any financial compensation for your efforts, that would probably be a wash. However, as NYD mention, depending on what is considered “lavish” in a dollar amount and if Joe did not bilk Generex, one can wonder where the money came from. And the past trip to the Middle East conference could have been fully or partially compensated, making it affordable. I have no idea what an Uber driver can make. Maybe some really good tips?
