Got another question today whether I "know" anything about 4 people from ihang - including a pro - being investigated for UNVC trading. About 7 or 8 questions over the last month or 2.
No, I have not heard about any investigations. I have not seen anything that UNVC posters have done that would warrant an investigation. I see a lot of optimism and a high level of protection against any questions concerning UNVC, but, that is certainly not a crime. I've seen some really dumb shit being passed off as WOW DD, but, it isn't a crime to be stupid, either. Now, if the guy most impressed with his own DD, is pumping UNVC and selling it at the same time, the SEC might have a problem with that. The daily volume traded does not support any major P&D.
My guess is if anyone is being investigated, it would be the naysayers on ihub that consistently try to bring the UNVC PPS down on a daily basis. I think everyone on the UNVC and Telehealth boards want the UNVC PPS to go up and their posts reflect that. We are all concerned that the PPS has declined almost 90%.
