There are exactly 6000 vials in cold storage at Chiral pharma in the Philippines. The FDA in the Philippines did follow the US FDA lead. However Dr Randy and many other doctors are relentlessly advocating the FDA to please release the vials for use. It looks like they are making headway on an uptick in Covid cases. The doctors in the US are also contacting the FDA in the Philippines as they have wealthy patients with Nash and cancer that have said they'd buy the vials and fly to the Philippines for the dosing. All vials are 350 mg. So to get 700mg you need 2 vials. The going rate is right at $800 a vial so $1600 a dose. Normal US protocol is to always source enough drugs to ensure a 3 month course. So $1600 a week times 12 weeks supply is $19,200. That's a drop in the bucket if you're dying.
