Hey Craig. You make some valid points.
It does not have to be Earth-shattering to be a "game-changer". I would suspect that even the NIH would insist on partners being going concerns rather than merely throwing life lines to the desperate.
No one understands "covering thy own arse" more than a bureaucrat.
Many great reasons for these shares besides supporting the new prez & giving him something to work with.
Thinking LH's trial with NIH funding.
