Wondering to whom any of the new shares, assuming they are actually sold, would be sold to. Paulson investors are likely more than saturated with Cytodyn shares.
Could some of the new shares be sold to a BP partner at $1 or $2 a share to both take a stake in CYDY and help boost the the share price. Like say $100 million investment by a BP for 100 mil of the new CYDY shares or about 10% ownership. Could that explain SK's comment about many ways to structure a deal.
Then with a new sp base ($1-2), a BP partner, and new money for trials, the sp then starts to creep up. Then over the next year, if we get to $5, then a BO for $25 a share doesn't sound too high. That would also allow a BP partner to sell a BO to their shareholders at a more typical market premium.
I am just wondering out loud here.
