The arbitration may be about whether CYDY owes anything for the work that Amarex claims inaccurately to have done, or phrased another way, claims to have done inaccurately -- but Amarex would have to have utter fools for lawyers if they signed off on any agreement that didn't say that "this agreement settles all claims between CytoDyn and Amarex."
I don't expect to see any agreement to be reached. Why would Amarex agree that CYDY doesn't owe them anything, and then let themselves be sued for a refund and damages? Why would CYDY walk away from Amarex's obvious and easily provable incompetence (at best), having paid 60 million or so to NOT have the work done in a timely fashion, and correctly?
If CYDY did take a deal like that, I would sell every single share I own.
