Couple of points with respect to the shares request.
The authorization of shares is just that - It doesn’t cause dilution until the shares are issued to a shareholder. The authorization of shares should be a positive development because a rejection of the request would be a big negative since that is currently the only way to raise cash without a partnership.
Issuing of the stock could also be viewed as a positive since it brings in much needed cash. The undiscounted price of the last raise was 30 cents and now it is 46 cents a 50% rise.
Approval of the request is important to the success of the company
