Give it a rest. You have been a doubter for a long time to say the least. Vote your small potatoes whatever way you want but stop telling people that the new shares will only last a couple months when all likely hood it would be last additional shares ever before huge revenue/partnerships/buyout happens. SP means nothing now if your not selling. Only importance is what the company can get in return for the shares and if they are smart about it and use most of the shares as a back drop for negotiations when partnering than it will end up making shareholders much more in the end.
