No, it is not, they will blow through in a few months, come back and ask for more, they admitted they can’t do anything on their own at this point and did not at any point. The share price rose and rode the Covid wave for almost 2 years, but they were incapable of designing a trial properly, nor raise money at a higher value. Hence the “most inept company I have ever seen” quote.
So a partnership or a buyout is inevitable to move on, and yes, unfortunately we don’t have the upper hand in negotiations, it is what it is.
