How are you going to pay for the data analysis (new CRO) and the patent law firm? Remember that there was a "boutique patent law firm" that represents CYDY? How are you going to pay Sidley Austin? How are you going to pay management and employees?
Samsung has ALREADY DONE THE WORK that CYDY owes them money for. Are you suggesting that the company should just default? Boy, that will sure help the company's reputation.
Are you saying that you'd like CYDY to stop any and all negotiations with other companies right now, and wait months until the BLA is filed -- and then the company STILL can't say "We don't like your offer, no thanks, we're walking" -- because the company doesn't have as many shares as they need for negotiation purposes?
I'd rather have the company continue any negotiations RIGHT NOW and NOT from a position of incredible weakness. I saw what happened to ONTY, with their great product and no chance of survival without taking a bad deal. No thanks, I'd rather give the company the authority to issue shares if they need to, or USE THEM AS A BARGAINING POINT if they need to.
