good point, but I do wonder why we even have a production deal with Samsung when we don't need any production? I get that part of getting FDA approval is having the manufacturing all up to speed but what is Samsung actually doing? are or have they made a pile of leronlimab that is sitting on a shelf that is not shown as an asset until BLA acceptance? This might be another great Nader achievement that ran a little too fast and too big.
It is also my understanding that Pestell's shares were always allocated to him but just pending the court settlement. We were just holding them from him this whole time from when he got fired. I'm still pissed we gave him so much and bought his worthless lab and company, but that is a dead horse.
As for partner negotiations, I would rather they use an accepted BLA, no clinical hold and trial data as our bargaining chip than a huge stock float.
