i totally agree with both your posts, i just thought there was some wiggle room

with the numbers.

they showed their cards but didnt play the hand yet....

per the option to void or do whats in shareholder interest....

in my mind, the hand isnt dealt yet

...if they cant come out with huge sales and act fast,

the matter may sit at least to july/august/etc

or first call the whole thing off, then revisit it later with the updated figures..

just wiggle room, thats all i thought
