I would suggest that the 700 mg tests were defined and run just fine.
It appears this effect of 350 mg being better than the 700 mg dose is a good example of hormesis. Now somebody just needs to develop the dose/effect curve for some disease entity (NASH or whatever) to see where the sweet spot is. This might also help to develop a further explanation for maybe hidden aspects of Leronlimab's actions. Like less may be better- like in hormones, etc.
This is in no way a knock on Leronlimab. Recknor should be very excited because this stuff works. We just don't know all about it just yet.
