No one has mentioned that Sean's post 124641 about insider share acquisitions is entirely inaccurate. Sean is misinterpreting the Form 4.
My post will be deleted, but it is really incumbent on the mod that deletes this post to inform the readers that Sean's post is flat out incorrect.
The only shares acquired by these parties recently are in column 4. They were received in lieu of cash salary. The amounts shown in column 5 reflect holdings before the activity shown on these recent form 4s (and including the column 4 acquisitions).
