Nice thoughts. However, my suggestions were predicated on the belief that the dawg's posts actually have a negative impact - a belief held by many, including some at Baltia.  Counterbalance with factually-based points about Baltia, rather than direct responses to his bashing.

Do you really believe that somehow he will be hurt or offended by our shunning him? Hardly. Why? Because he is being paid by someone to do exactly what he does - negatively impact the perception of Baltia as an investment (which drives down the share price) - and many believe that he is being successful at just that, especially when he gets others so easily kicked off the board, as the board is in on it too.

If we don't counteract him, he and his employers win  -  by sucking $$$ out of investors' pockets when they short, drive down the price, buy the shares at half what they sold for, and deliver them.

Fight it, or give in to its ability to act like a vacuum and suck $$$ out of the market - and that, my friend, is taking $$$ out of your pocket.
