the OSIS / MMTC announcement could easily be after the up-listing!!!

I believe it will come before the up-listing, remember the game is to get this price high enough so when they do decide to do a R/s, its a home run, now MMTC becomes a major player on the NASDAQ, ......also 2.00 to 4.00 isn't going to work, most if not all mutual funds, and some hedge fund have rules of procedure inside there corporate governance and by-laws that will NOT allow then to buy any stock that is less then 5.00 dollars a share, so if we are trying to draw attention to that level of investment capital, we better be over five dollar when we hit the NASDAQ running or its a waste of energy....I am not saying investors couldn't push the price higher, and just saying it will make MMTC look more attractive....I think the boys in California are looking at the Ten dollar slot machine.....if you get what I mean.
