If partnership talks are not yet already in progress, let alone imminent, then something is very wrong. There would be no reason for NDAs to be in place, which we were TOLD they were (not like we haven't been misled before), if partnership talks were not already in place, plus the mTNBC and NASH 700mg results are already known, so again, partnership talks would already be in progress if the results were good enough.

If the results were NOT good enough (which I do NOT think is the case, especially with NASH), then getting a new CEO now would not move partnership talks along, because no one wants to partner with a company that has nothing going on.
