i think the fallout from NP's communication blunders (the FDA letter, complaint, etc.) remains at the center of the silence. And Given that we have a compliance & legal defense lawyer as chairman of the BOD, i think it's safe to assume we will err way on the side of conservatism going forward with all communications.
i do agree - it would be great to get some info on these issues as surely there has been progress one way or another. but i generally much prefer the new sober and "keep your head down" approach - and I imagine it has already begun restoring credibility to the company.
For me, i've added as much as exposure as i can afford (maybe more than i can afford) at these levels, and i'm only looking on the boards occasionally - and doing my best to not watch the SP constantly. It's much better for my mental health for sure.
I'm pretty convinced that June brings some strong data on NASH - which should be the catalyst for a partnership. We'll see.
